HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.44181 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he made representation dated 20.06.2016 to the 3rd respondent requesting to enter his name in the computerized adangals in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.7.68 cents in Survey No.215/A of 75-Tyalluru Village, Pedakurapadu Mandal, Guntur District. As no action is being taken on the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the application of the petitioner dated 20.06.2016 is pending before the 4th respondent, it is for him to consider the same. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the application of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
