Learned counsel for the petitioner/s submitted that the petitioner/s may be permitted to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to renew his request by filing appropriate application. Recording the above submission, the criminal revision case is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his request by filing appropriate application, if law permits. Pending miscellaneous petitions in the revision, if any, shall stand closed.
