HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 22771 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in deleting the name of the petitioner in the revenue records including Village Account No.3 with regard to dry agricultural land admeasuring Ac.3-28 gts., out of Survey Nos.195/AA, 198/AA2 and 290/AA2, admeasuring 0.08 gts., Ac.11-20 gts., and Ac.2-00 gts., respectively, situated at Erugandlapally village, Marriguda Mandal, Nalgonda district. Since there is a prescribed procedure under the provisions of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, with regard to correction of entries in the revenue records, this Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to avail such remedy in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
