THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2205 of 2013 ORDER:

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the 1st respondent would submit that the differences and disputes that persisted at one time amongst them have been resolved and there is also agreement that the crime can be quashed. Acknowledging the good offices used by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the 1st respondent herein and also acknowledging the grace of the 1st respondent herein in making his concession for quashing the FIR, this petition is allowed. Accordingly, this criminal petition is allowed and FIR.No.47 of 2010 on the file of Central Crime Station (CCS), Hyderabad, is quashed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall also stand closed.
