HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.22177 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he filed an application dated 02.05.2016 before the 3rd respondent for rectification of entries in pattadar and possessor column in respect of the land in Sy.No.305 and 311 to an extent of Ac.5-01 guntas and Ac.1-18 guntas situated at Garrepally, Somaram Village Shivar of Saidapoor Mandal, Karimnagar District basing on the Award dated 13.12.1977 vide CMA No.13/1969. But so far the 3rd respondent has not taken any action on the application of the petitioner, though there is a direction by the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent vide letter dated 20.02.2016. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the application filed by the petitioner on 02.05.2016 is stated to be pending before the 3rd respondent, it is for the 3rd respondent to dispose of the same in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application made by the petitioner on 02.05.2016 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the affected parties. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
