HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.14203 of 2015 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This Habeas Corpus petition is filed by the petitioner seeking production of one K.Lavanya, who, according to him, is his wife. Ms.K.Lavanya was produced before us on the last occasion. When we asked her whether she is illegally detained by her parents and whether she would like to go with the petitioner, she told that she cannot make up her mind and sought a week's time. Today, she is present before the Court. We interacted with her and she said in categorical words that she would like to prosecute her further studies and till she completes her MBA course, which she proposes to do, she would like to stay with her parents and thereafter she would take her own decision. In view of the statement made by her in the Court, this writ petition is dismissed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand disposed of.
