THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD APEPAL SUIT No.2195 of 1999 JUDGMENT:

Sri E.V.V.S. Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the appellant filed a Memo, dated 06.04.2017, stating that the appeal is settled out of Court by both the parties and requested permission for withdrawal of the same. It is also submitted that Sri E.V.V.S. Ravi Kumar is the junior of Sri V.L.N.G.K. Murthy, learned counsel for the appellant. 2.

Sri M.R.S. Srinivas, learned counsel for the respondents received copy of the said Memo and also submitted that the matter has been settled out of Court and sought permission for withdrawal of the same.

Recording the said submissions, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal suit shall stand closed.
