THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.35075 of 2016 ORDER:
The writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the third respondent in summoning the petitioner to the police station under the guise of investigation and making the petitioner to sit hours together in the police station without following due process of law as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the third respondent police is harassing the petitioner in the guise of investigation with reference to the sale deed executed by me in favour of third party, which was registered on the file of the Sub Registrar, Alampur.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh) submits that the third respondent is not interfering with the affairs of the petitioner and further the third respondent is not calling the petitioner and harassing her in the guise of any investigation. Considering the rival submissions made by both the counsel, the third respondent is directed not to interfere with the affairs of the petitioner and he is further directed to proceed in accordance with law if there is any crime registered against the petitioner.
