THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1508 of 2014 ORDER:

Aggrieved by the order dt.11.07.2014 in Crl.M.P. No.1684 of 2014 in DVC No.13 of 2012 on the file of the VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy District, the unsuccessful petitioner preferred this Criminal Revision Case. The efficacious provision of the appellate remedy under Section 29 of the DVC Act is to prefer an appeal against orders of the DVC magistrate Court to the learned Court of Sessions concerned. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is rejected as not maintainable. Consequently, miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
