THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.43729 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not interrogating into the issue properly and in not registering the case as reported by the petitioner on 01.06.2016, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the respondents to take appropriate action against the culprits by registering a case basing on the complaint of the petitioner. Heard and perused the material available on record. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the Station House Officer, S.R. Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad - 4th respondent, is not registering a case basing on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 01.06.2016.

If the petitioner is aggrieved over the action of the 4th respondent, he is at liberty to approach the superior officer of the 4th respondent and also to approach the concerned Court by invoking provision under Section 200 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO, J December 16, 2016.
