This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent authorities in not handing over the possession of Shop bearing No.B6-364 in Market Yard, Guntur District, even though proceedings were issued on 22.08.2017.

On 12.06.2018, learned Standing Counsel for Agricultural Market Committee informed the Court that appropriate steps were being taken to implement the proceedings dated 22.08.2017 for allotment of Shop No.B6-364 to the petitioner. 4.

Learned Government Pleader for Agriculture informs the Court that on 20.12.2018 possession of Shop No.B6-364 was handed over to the petitioner.

In view of handing over the possession of the Shop No.B6-364 to the petitioner, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
