Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has addressed a letter to him for withdrawing the writ petition and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to workout other alternative remedies available to the petitioner. Permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail alternate remedies available to the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
