The case of the petitioners is that they purchased Ac.0.42 cents, Ac.0-50 cents, Ac.0-50 cents, and Ac.0-50 cents in Sy.No.789 situated at Lakshmipuram village fields, Kallur Mandal, Kurnool District under registered documents bearing Nos 3963/2007, 3960/2007, dated 07-03-2007 and 10011/2007, dated 04-07-2007 and document bearing No.3962/2007, dated 07-03-2007 respectively. The officials of the 4th respondent also issued pattadar passbooks in the name of the petitioners in respect of the subject property. Subsequently, the petitioners made applications on 01-01-2018 along with Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short "the Act") for issuance of Epattadar passbooks and to mutate their names in revenue online records. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since it is stated that the applications filed by the petitioners is in Form VI-A of the Act and the same are

pending before the 4th respondent, it is for the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the same. Accordingly, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the applications filed by the petitioners in Form VI-A, in accordance with law, and take action accordingly within a period of two months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 29-10-2018 Nvl
