Mr.D.L. Pandu, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if directions are issued to the 2nd respondent-District collector to consider and decide the petitioner's representations dated 26.2.2015 and 9.3.2015, seeking action against the 12th respondent, who is making attempt to install heavy machinery/crusher and B.T. Plant adjacent to petitioner's mango garden situated at Survey Nos. 627/A and 629/A of Enmanbetla Village, Kollapur Mandal, Mahabubnagar District.
The writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. The 2nd respondent-District Collector is directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 26.2.2015 and 9.3.2015 (Annexures P1 and P2), as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of this order. It is needless to mention that the 2nd respondent shall consider and decide the petitioner's representations on merits, in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the 12th respondent. It is
open to the 12th respondent to file their reply to the petitioner's representations and cooperate in completing the enquiry within time frame.
Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
