Heard on I.A.No.3 of 2024, an application seeking review of the order dated 21.02.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.5578 of 2005.

By the said order, the writ petition was dismissed as the learned counsel- Mr. Syed Tameem, who appeared for the petitioners on the said date, reported no instructions.

For the reasons assigned in the application viz, I.A.No.3 of 2024, duly supported by an affidavit, as well as taking

into account the solitary principle that for the fault committed by the counsel, party should not suffer, the order dated 21.02.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.5578 of 2005, is recalled.

In the result, W.P.No.5578 of 2005 is restored to file.
