HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.19403 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Bollam Lingaiah Yadav for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. The petitioner challenges the order of 3rd respondent in Case No.B/ 504/ 2006/ Spply, dated 26.04.2018 as illegal, arbitrary and untenable.

On 25.05.2018, the petitioner filed revision before the 2nd respondent challenging the impugned order. The petitioner has also filed an application for interim suspension, as the order impugned proposes to take possession of agricultural land in an extent of Ac.6-15 gts., in Sy.Nos.38/ 12, 38/ 13 and 38/ 14 at Akbarjahpet Village, Medchal Mandal, Malkajgiri District. However, the interim application is not considered by the 2nd respondent till date.

Though a few submissions are made on merits of the order impugned in the writ petition, this Court does not prefer to advert to those submissions, for the revision is pending before 2nd respondent. To meet the ends of justice, the writ petition is disposed of by this order.

(a) The 2nd respondent considers disposing of the interim application filed on 25.05.2018 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(b) Till the interim application is considered and disposed of, the possession and agricultural operations of petitioner shall not be disturbed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
