This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 09.3.2017 in I.A. No.03 of 2017 in CTA S.R. No.903 of 2016 on the file of the Cooperative Tribunal at Hyderabad.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner herein filed I.A. No.20 of 2017 to implead him as one of the respondents in CTA No.11 of 2017 on the file of the Cooperative Tribunal at Hyderabad. The only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Tribunal to dispose of I.A. No.20 of 2017 in I.A. No.3 of 2017 in CTA No.11 of 2017 as early as possible. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Cooperative Tribunal, Hyderabad is hereby directed to dispose of I.A. No.20 of 2017 in I.A. No.3 of 2017 in CTA No.11 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
