THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.10872 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in reverting the petitioners from Attenders to Shramiks, which is unqualified post, by way of conversion of services vide proceedings No.P1/255(3)/2004-RM'GNT' Guntur Region dated 31.5.2004 in respect of the petitioners, instead of promoting them, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the circular instructions, and consequently set aside the same by directing the respondents herein to continue the petitioners as Attenders.

2. The learned counsel for both the parties, in one voice, submitted that in view of the interim orders of this court dated 30.6.2004 in W.P.M.P. No.13815 of 2004, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. The submission is recorded.
