The present Criminal Petition came to be filed by the petitioner/A.1 under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking release in the event of his arrest in crime no.278 of 2016 of Saroornagar police station, Cyberabad registered against him and others for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 and 370A IPC.

It is the case of prosecution that A.2, A.3 and the victim were apprehended at H.No.8-4-21/5, Room No.A/8, Upstair of Jeevan Hospital, Karmanghat, Ranga Reddy district on 19.04.2016 at about 14.00 hours while doing prostitution. It is alleged that the petitioner/A.1 was running brothel house for easy money. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

It is alleged that petitioner/A.1 was running a brothel house, wherein A.2 and A.3 were caught red-handed while doing prostitution. It is mainly contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that material part of investigation is completed and A.2 and A.3 were already released on bail by this Court vide order dated 10.06.2016 in Criminal Petition No.7566 of 2016. Having regard to the circumstances of the case, the petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the concerned Court and move an application for grant of regular bail after giving prior notice to the Public Prosecutor concerned, in which event, the same shall be dealt with on the same day in accordance with law.
