This petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused seeking bail in Crime No.22 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Undavelly Police Station, Jogulamba Gadwal District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A and 307 IPC. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to file fresh petition. 3.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
