THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 3549 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not registering a crime in spite of the complaints given by the petitioner, latest being the one dated 26.12.2016.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that Crime No.25 of 2017 was registered by the Station House Officer, Rayavaram Police Station, East Godavari District and investigation is under progress.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
