When the case was called on 07.08.2015 learned counsel for the petitioner was absent. To give a last chance to the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed today. Even today, when the case is called, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on its behalf.

Hence the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
