The alleged inaction on the part of the respondents 3 and 4 in preventing the village festival of Sri Aretamma of Voguru Village, Kovur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District as scheduled to be fixed on 14.06.2015 by the fifth respondent and his followers is under challenge in the present writ petition.
