Petitioner's application under Form VI (A) of A.P. Rights in Lands and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989 for issuance of pattadarpass books and title deeds in respect of subject lands has been pending with 4th respondent - Tahsildar and, therefore, petitioner seeks a direction for disposal of the same.
Counter affidavit has been filed stating inter alia that there are disputes between the petitioner and her family members and that she was informed to approach the office after the settlement of said disputes. The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the application of the petitioner has already been rejected. In the counter affidavit, there is no mention of passing of any order with reference to number and date on the application of the petitioner. In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent - Tahsildar shall dispose of the application of the petitioner for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds, in accordance with law, if not already disposed of, and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
