Heard Sri K. Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development and Sri MSR Chandra Murthy, learned special counsel for respondents 2 and 3.
2. The petitioner was appointed as Field Assistant of Korrapatipalli Gram Panchayat, Porumamilla Mandal of YSR Kadapa District in the year 2006. Levelling certain allegations against the petitioner, a charge sheet was issued to him on 18.02.2015 and after receiving his explanation, an enquiry was conducted and he was removed from service vide impugned order dated 21.08.2015 of the 3rd respondent. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegations are all baseless and without considering the explanation submitted by the petitioner, the impugned order was passed removing the petitioner from service. In any event, an efficacious alternative remedy by way of appeal is available to the petitioner.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to avail alternative remedy by way of appeal to the Appellate Authority and on submission of the appeal, the Appellate Authority is directed to dispose of the said appeal in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of filing of the appeal. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
