Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that on the complaint of the petitioner which was received by the 3rd respondent on 19.05.2018, a case was registered in Crime No.42/2018 for the offences under Section 447, 506 r/w. 34 IPC of Kundurpi Police Station. Recording the aforesaid submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
