Sri Rajashekar Thallapally, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition on the ground that the respondents-authorities have credited the petitioner's saved amount of Rs.53,80,258/- into his Provident Fund Account and the petitioner is no longer interested or diligent to prosecute this matter.

2. Leave is accordingly granted as prayed for.

3. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
