2) The learned Assistant Government Pleader representing the learned Advocate General appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5, submits that the alleged detenu - K. Anjaneyulu was arrested in connection with F.I.R.No. 218 of 2016 registered at Asifnagar Police Station, Hyderabad City, for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 IPC, as such, the subject matter of this writ petition has become infructuous.

3) In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs.
