When the matter is called Sri A. Praneeth, learned counsel representing the counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that the investigation is completed and the charge sheet has been filed. Therefore, no further cause would survive in the writ petition. Taking the said statement into consideration, this Court is of the opinion that the writ petition has become infructuous, since the charge sheet has already been filed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
