THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.18615 of 2010

ORDER

This writ petition challenges the inaction on the part of the first respondent in passing any orders either on the stay application or on the revision said to have been filed by the petitioner on 19.07.2010 against the orders of the second respondent-Agent to the Government under the Land Transfer Regulations in C.M.A.No.11 of 2008 dated 19.06.2010.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare for R1 to R4.

3. This Court, while ordering rule nisi on 02.08.2010, granted orders of status quo in WPMP No.23554 of 2010. The said order granted by this Court is still subsisting.

4. During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Pleader that the revision filed by the petitioner as against the orders passed in the appeal is still pending consideration before the Government.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has requested this Court to direct the first respondent to dispose of the revision pending and to continue the interim order granted by this Court till the disposal of revision.

6. Recording the said submissions, this Court considers the said request as reasonable in the facts and circumstances.

7. For the aforesaid reasons, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent-State Government to pass

appropriate orders on the revision dated 19.07.2010 filed by the petitioner against the orders of the Agent to the Government in C.M.A.No.11 of 2008 dated 19.06.2010, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice and opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Till the said exercise attains finality, the interim order granted by this Court on 02.08.2010 in W.P.M.P.No.23554 of 2010 shall remain operative. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. _________________ A. V. SESHA SAI, J 28th June, 2016 sj
