THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.8 of 2015 ORDER:

Sri A.Sreekanth Reddy, learned counsel has produced a copy of the order, which prima facie reflects compliance with the order, which gave raise for institution of this contempt case. Learned counsel for the petitioners would however urge that the grievance of the petitioners to a certain extent still remains unimplemented.

Accordingly, this contempt case is disposed of preserving liberty to the petitioners to workout their rights in accordance with law by moving appropriate WPMP in the pending writ petition or otherwise. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
