The case of the petitioner in brief is that she was allotted toJagitialDistrictaSperproceedingsNo.Es/SC/}(AlJptG|l LAPA/OOO8, dated 23 12'2021 As per G O Ms No 317 dated 06.12,2021 certain guidelines u'ere issued and as per the said guidelines the petitioner submitted applications on 07 '01'2022 and again on 72.01.2022 on spouse grounds for change of her local cadre to Karimnagar District'

The learned Government Pleader for Services confirmed that the petitioner has made appeal in the prescribed format'

ln view thereof, the respondents No.l and 2 are directed to dispose of the appeals of the petitioner within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. However, no order as to costs.
