This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw O.P.No.702 of 2012 on the file of the Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam, and transfer the same to the Family Court, at Secunderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
