Sree Ramya, learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants/accused Nos.2 and 3 and Sri Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 submits that due to the poor financial conditions, the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 could not comply with the condition No.1 imposed by this Court vide order dated 17.07.2025. Unless the surety amount is reduced, the petitioners will be put to great hardship.

Sri Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent has not opposed the same.
