O R D E R

The petitioner, in this writ petition alleges that unofficial respondents 4 to 8 encroached his land, and erected a kiosk for selling fruits, and though he made representation on 28.09.2019 to the 2nd respondent - Gram Panchayat, and also representation dated 27.09.2019 to the 3rd respondent - Station House Officer, Chengamul Police Station, Vikarabad District, Telangana State, no action has been taken, and hence he filed the present writ petition. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for respondent No.1, Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent - Gram Panchayat and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondent No.3.

The grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is of civil in nature, and in this writ petition he seeks to rope in the official respondents to settle the said dispute with private respondents 4 to 8. Such a course of action cannot be permitted under the writ jurisdiction, and to resolve the said dispute, the petitioner has to avail the common law remedy of approaching the civil court.

In view of same, writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy available under law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
