When the matter is taken up for hearing, this Court observed that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and he is challenging the order, dated 29.12.2001, in I.D.No.36 of 2000 passed by the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Visakhapatnam, wherein no relief was granted to the petitioner. 3.

At this point of time, the relief sought for by the petitioner for reinstating him into service would not arise. 4.
