THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.1637 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 05.01.2018, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.25626 of 2017.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that by issuing a bankers cheque, dated 02.08.2018, for a sum of Rs.4,37,500/- in favour of the petitioner, the respondents have complied with the aforesaid order of this Court. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Case is closed.
