CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.1013 of 2011 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for certiorari to quash order, dated 17.09.2009, in Revision Petition No.3095 of 2009 of respondent No.1.

After arguing the case, Mr.Valluri Mohan Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition, on realizing that the consumer against whom the relief is granted is not even impleaded as a party to the writ petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.1241 of 2011 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
