THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.33089 of 2017 ORDER:

The prayer is against inaction in registering FIR on the representation/ complaint, dated 22.09.2017.

The Assistant Government Pleader, places on record copy of FIR No.347 of 2017, dated 09.10.2017 and written instructions dated 05.10.2017.

After perusing the FIR and written instructions, this Court is of the view that the 4th respondent, after receiving representation/ complaint dated 22.09.2017, first made an entry in the General Diary and thereafter registered FIR and ac cording to the instructions, the 4th respondent is investigating the matter. This Court has no reason to doubt the investigation taken up by respondents 4 and 5.
