THE HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI Crl.P.No.6430 of 2019 ORDER:
The criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.329 of 2018 on the file of Police Station, Humayunagar, Hyderabad registered for the offences punishable under Section 324 read with Section 34 IPC. 2.
A joint memo signed by both A1 to A3 as well as the defactocomplainants supported by their affidavits has been filed before the Court seeking permission of the Court for compounding the offence in Cr.No.329 of 2018 on the file of P.S. Humayun Nagar. 3.
Today, when the matter came up for hearing, A1 to A3 as well as defacto-complainants are present before the Court and they are identified by their respective counsel. It is submitted by both parties that at the intervention of elders, the parties have amicably settled the matter outside the Court and hence compromise may be recorded and criminal proceedings in the above case may be quashed.

Having regard to the above and considering the fact that the parties have amicably settled the disputes among themselves out of Court, the criminal petition is liable to be allowed, recording the compromise.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.329 of 2018 on the file of Police Station, Humayunagar, Hyderabad are hereby quashed against the petitioners/A1 to A3. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
