This Habeas Corpus writ petition seeks production of Shaik Malik Ahmed, son of the petitioner.

Sri D. Ram Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that Shaik Malik Ahmed has been arrested in connection with Crime No.23 of 2014 registered at Tirupathi Railway Police State and presently, he is in judicial custody.
