Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction, especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus: i) declare the action of the respondents in not earmarking 25% of posts of Management Trainee (Mining) in E2 Grade, in the employment notification No.1/2015 issued by the 1st respondent as illegal and arbitrary ii) consequently direct the respondents to consider petitioners' names under 25% quota as per the merit of internal candidates is concerned and appoint the petitioners as per their merit amongst the internal candidates as Management Trainee (Mining).

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri K. Vasudeva Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioners and Sri J. Sreenivasa Rao, Standing Counsel for the Respondents, the Court made the following ORDER:

At request of the learned standing counsel for the respondents, post on 30-6-2015 in Motion List.

There shall be interim direction to the respondents to reserve 10 posts of Management Trainee (Mining) in E2 Grade out of 100 vacancies announced through the employment Notification No.1/2015.
