ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the orders passed by this Court in WPMP No.22035 of 2015 in WP No.16985 of 2015, dated 15.06.2015.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the petitioner has been reinstated into service vide proceedings dated 11.08.2015.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
