THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.26580 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.1 and 2 in not fixing and notifying the fee structure for the post-graduate MBA course for the block period 2013-14 to 2015-16 in terms of G.O.Ms. No.75, dated 16.8.2013 is illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no further orders are necessary, in view of the compliance of the interim order dated 12.9.2013 in W.P.M.P. No.32891 of 2013, in this writ petition. The submission is recorded.
