When the Writ Petition was listed on 26.07.2018, none appeared for the petitioner. The matter was, therefore, directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Today the matter is appearing under the said caption. In spite of the same, none appeared for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf.

The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed for default/non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
