The petitioner is a resident of Pedakakani Village. The petitioner is aggrieved by orders passed by the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development, Hyderabad (2nd respondent) on the appeal filed by the 4th respondent against the decision of the Gram Panchayat. The Gram Panchayat, in its resolution passed on 21.02.2014, opposed establishment of another cell tower in the village. The 4th respondent filed appeal before the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development, Hyderabad (2nd respondent), against the said decision of the Gram Panchayat and the said appeal was allowed by order, dated 29.11.2014. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner claimed to have filed a revision before the Government. Alleging that the said revision is not disposed of and on the contrary, the 4th respondent is commencing the operation of the cell tower, this writ petition is filed.
2. Having regard to the fact that the revision filed by the petitioner is pending consideration of the Government, the Writ Petition is disposed of,
without expressing any opinion on merits, directing the Government to pass appropriate orders, as warranted by law, on the revision filed by the petitioner against the orders of the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development, Hyderabad (2nd respondent), in Appeal No.8184/D1/2014, dated 29.11.2014, regarding establishment of cell tower by the 4th respondent in Pedakakani Village, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
