Learned counsel for the petitioner would represent that she has no instructions from the petitioner.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh on behalf of the respondent would represent that the subject vehicle was already released on 03.12.2015 and, therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous at the stage of admission itself.
