THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE P.MADHAVI DEVI W.P. No. 29051 of 2022 ORDER:

This Writ has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pay remuneration for the services rendered by the petitioners for the period from January, 2018 to August, 2020. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners has made representation to the Collector/respondent No.2 and also approached the HRC and the HRC had directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners and resolve the problem within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. It is further submitted that respondent No.2 had also addressed letter to the respondent No.3 to comply with the directions of HRC, but no action has been taken by respondent No.3 thereon till date and therefore he seeks a direction to the respondent No.3 from this Court to consider the representation of the petitioners expeditiously.

Learned Standing counsel for the respondents is also heard. 4.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioners has already made a representation to the respondent No.2 on 29.09.2021 and the same has been addressed to respondent No.3 and their decision

PMD,J W.P.No.29051 of 2022 thereon is awaited, this Court deems it fit and proper to direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take a decision thereon by passing appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
