HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1366 of 2003 ORDER:

This revision is preferred by Judgment Debtor in E.P.No.63 of 2002, challenging the order of the Senior Civil Judge, Peddapalli, dated 11.03.2003.

As seen from the record, the Senior Civil Judge, Peddapalli, ordered attachment of property, as prayed by Decree Holder, as the Judgment Debtor failed to pay the decretal amount in O.P.No.26 of 1994. The attachment order is passed in the year 2003 and this Court on 12.03.2003 granted stay for a period of two weeks and thereafter there was no extension of stay. Now, revision petitioner has not evinced any interest to prosecute the case though C.R.P. being an old matter of the year 2003. It is not known whether the cause still survives or not.

2. For these reason, the civil revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
