HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1066 of 2014 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/accused seeks to quash the FIR in Crime No.28 of 2014 of Abid P.S, Hyderabad, which was registered against him for the offences under Sections 341 and 186 IPC. 2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 27.06.2017 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Narayanguda P.S, Hyderabad City and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and case was registered as C.C.No.246 of 2014 on the file of IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3) There is no representation for petitioner.
